  • We pack and ship within 48 hours, Monday–Friday
  • All orders ship from our HQ in Toronto via Purolator
  • Shipping rates are based on weight + size and calculated at checkout
  • Shipping times don’t include packing time.
  • Note that changing your address after your oder is placed will result in additional shipping fees (really sucks, we know!)
  • You’ll get tracking info emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

We hope you love your paperfête goods — like really love them. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

refunds 101

You’ve got 30 days from purchase to request a return. After that? We sadly can’t offer a refund or exchange (the paper party moves fast). To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and not a sale item. If your item arrived damaged or defective (ugh, the worst), let us know at hello@paperfete.com and we’ll make it right.

Email us using the form, and send your returns to the address below. Once your return lands with us and passes the vibe check (aka inspection), we’ll email you with the yay or nay. If it’s a yes, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
